To the effect of that stated in Art. 10.1 of the Law 34/2002 of 11th July, of services regarding social networks and electronic mail, it is hereby stated that the service giver is CONJUNTO VACACIONAL Y RESIDENCIAL DRACH S.L.U., with domicile, for this effect, at Av. Europa nº50, local 5. 28905 Getafe (Madrid), with CIF.: B84652767 inscribed in the Mercantile Register Volume 23.072 folio 103 Page M-413366 inscription 2.Contracting
To the effect of that stated in Art. 27.a) of the Law LSSI, contracting/reserving through ww.aparthotelportodrach.com will be carried out by means of the following steps:Step 1: Select the dates of your stay.
Step 2: Choose the type of apartment and number of persons.
Step 3: Insert the personal data corresponding to the reservation, as well as the bank credit card used as a reservation guarantee and acceptance of the reservation´s general conditions.
Step 4: Verify the reservation details.
Step 5: Formalize the reservation, sample of confirmation page.
Step 6: Sending of e-mail confirmation of the reservation indicating details of same. CONJUNTO VACACIONAL Y RESIDENCIAL DRACH S.L.U. will generate an electronic document confirming the reservation in its file and giving access and complete knowledge of same to the guest by means of re-sending an e-mail with its contents, when the reservation process has been completed.
After the reservation is confirmed, we ask the guest to check-over the contents of same in order to detect any possible material errors in introducing the data, in order to correct same, by calling our Main Reservation Desk (+34 971 820 848) or send an email to info@aparthotelportodrach.com indicating the reservation’s identification number..
Our reservation procedure is available in the following languages: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Russian.

In accordance with the specific conditions of the specific Rates applied to the reservation, payment of same can be effected by; ( i) total or partial payment in advance, at the time of making the reservation, (ii) at the time the guest registers into the Aparthotel and physically accesses the apartment (check-in) or (iii) at the time the guest checks-out of the apartment. Payments may be made by means of Credit cards accepted by the Establishment and/or in cash my means of the legal Currency in the Country where the apartments are located.
We inform our guests that in accordance with that stated in Art. 93.2.b) of the Law LGDCyU, the legal regulation related to the right to desist, will not be applied to the reservations effected through www.aparthotelportodrach.com, and in all cases, the special conditions stated in the offer, regarding cancellations, will be applied. In order to make same effective, you must contact the Apartments directly, at the telephone number, postal address or e-mail address indicated in the reservation confirmation message, providing the reservation identification number.
